- All fees are based on the scope of work outlined in your proposal or agreement. Refunds are considered only under the specific circumstances described below and are not automatic.
- If you cancel a project before any work has commenced, you are eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees. Please submit your cancellation request in writing as soon as possible.
- Once work has begun, a cancellation may result in a partial refund based on the percentage of work completed. We will assess progress against project milestones and issue a refund for the unused portion, minus any non‑refundable expenses.
- For hourly consulting engagements, fees are non‑refundable for hours already worked. Unused prepaid hours may be refunded at our discretion, or you may apply them to future services.
- If we are unable to deliver the agreed‑upon services due to our own error, failure, or inability to perform, you may request a full or partial refund depending on the extent of the deficiency. We will work with you to resolve the issue fairly.
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email within 14 days of the invoice date or project cancellation. Please include your name, project details, and reason for the request.
- We will review your request and respond within 10 business days. If approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation once the transaction is complete.
- No refunds are available for services already rendered or deliverables already provided, except in cases of significant non‑performance as determined by us. Customized reports or analyses are generally non‑refundable due to their bespoke nature.
- If a project is delayed or requires additional work because you failed to provide necessary information, approvals, or access in a timely manner, no refund will be issued for work completed up to that point.
- We may, at our sole discretion, offer a partial refund or credit toward future services as a goodwill gesture. Such offers do not create an obligation for future refunds and are not a waiver of our rights.
- Refunds do not apply to any third‑party costs incurred on your behalf, such as software licenses, subscription fees, or travel expenses. These will be passed through at cost and are non‑refundable.
